A reasonable week with only three losing bets out of nine. The profit accrued on the Saturday (most of which was generated by the Premiership bookings index bets) was all but wiped out by a poor result in the West Ham / Leeds game. However an excellent result on the Monday night when Brighton held Wolves to a 1-1 draw at Molineux meant that overall the week showed a potential profit of 716. This raises the total profit for the season so far to 4,792 (an average profit of nearly 600 per week). These potential bets are determined using the guidelines on the Weekly Reviews page.

A sell of the bookings index in the Arsenal / Newcastle game at 51 with sportsspread (Soccer Spreads rating 43.7 - Makeup 20) for 9 per point would have produced 279 profit.

A sell of the Chelsea supremacy over Birmingham at 1.3 with IG Index (Soccer Spreads rating 0.83 - Makeup 3) for 120 per goal would have produced a loss of 204.

A sell of the bookings index in the Man City / Man United game at 52 with IG Index (Soccer Spreads rating 43.5 - Makeup 30) for 8 per point (arb) would have produced 176 profit.

A sell of the bookings index in the Middlesborough / Liverpool game at 38 with Sporting Index (Soccer Spreads rating 31.5 - Makeup 10) for 8 per point would have produced 224 profit.

A buy of the Liverpool mini performance against Middlesborough at 23 with sportsspread (Soccer Spreads rating 27.8 - Makeup 0) for 11 per point would have produced a loss of 253.

A sell of the Sheffield Wednesday mini performance against Norwich at 10 with Sporting Index (Soccer Spreads rating 4.9 - Makeup -15) for 12 per point would have produced 300 profit.

A buy of the West Ham corner supremacy over Leeds at 1 with sportsspread (Soccer Spreads rating 2.2 - Makeup 1) for 50 per corner would have broken even.

A buy of the Leeds bookings supremacy over West Ham at 6 with Cantor Sport (Soccer Spreads rating 11.5 - Makeup -20) for 11 per point would have produced a loss of 286.

Please note that potential bets are only recorded if the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the best spread available is at least a quarter of the spread volatility (e.g. in order to bet on the total corners in a Premiership match the difference between the Soccer Spreads rating and the spread being offered must be at least 0.9). The bet size is determined by using the Excel spreadsheets which are sent to all members.
